LEADERSHIP TEAM

Helen Partridge is an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM) and studied housing at University.  With three decades of experience, Helen has a wealth of knowledge around leasehold management and understands leases inside out.  She has managed all types of properties from Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed buidings through to new builds.  Helen has experience of defending cases at the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), formally known as the Land Valuation Tribunal.

Additionally Helen is a property investor and has been investing in residential property since 1997.

Helen has a personal interest in assisting disabled people and as such is a trustee of a charity that supports and adds value to the lives of people with learning disablilties and is a Governor of a special school.

Mark first started his career working in the local authority sector. Mark trained through the Chartered Institute of Housing, Institute of Leadership & Management and is qualified in Housing Studies and has experience of working in the social housing sector, the private sector and managing properties from City Centre Living to Hostel type accommodation for young people with challenging backgrounds. Mark specialises in tenancy enforcement.

Mark is also a Director of the YMCA Heart of England and Chairs it’s Development and Asset Management Committee.

John specialises in the valuation and management of a variety of property types, with a particular emphasis on residential property. He has worked for a variety of private, public sector and charity clients and has particular expertise in the valuation of residential property for statutory purposes.

He has extensive experience in undertaking valuations under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993 and for Capital Gains Tax purposes. Providing advice on the implication of Enfranchisement legislation, undertaking valuations of houses and flats for enfranchisement and extended leases, negotiating sale prices, advising on the merits of voluntary sales and giving expert evidence before the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
